All conditions below have been satisfied.

* TOR #1 '20 can become a 2019 #1 pick if Toronto acquires one and chooses to replace it before the 2019 draft. Toronto sends DET #1 '19 to Arizona to satisfy this.

** If Edmonton makes the playoffs in the RHL 2017-2018 season the pick becomes EDM #4 '18.

* If Alexander Radulov scores 30 goals in the NHL 2017-2018 regular season then ANA gets NYI #2 '18.

*  If EDM #2 '15 is top 14 in the round, then EDM gets COL #3 '15, if not, then COL #4 '15

*  If Toronto wins the division or makes the finals, TOR gets TOR #3 '14, otherwise they get EDM #2 '14; Toronto won division and championship, so they get TOR #3 '14.

If Los Angeles wins the division, they get TOR #2 '12 if they don't, the get TOR #3 '12.  LA did not win division, so gets TOR #3 '12.

 *  either EDM #3 '11 or PHI #3 '11, whichever pick is later in the draft.  Los Angeles gets PHI #3 '11.

** either EDM #3 '11 or PHI #3 '11, whichever pick is earlier in the draft.  Toronto gets EDM #3 '11.

***  Of  CGY #2 '11, BOS #2 '11, STL #2 '11, TOR #2 '11, the least valuable pick which falls between #28 and #40 in the draft.  Edmonton gets BOS #2 '11.
