Internet Simulation Football League |

|
The ISFL was established in 1998 by former commissioner, Dean Engemoen, as a football simulation league using the Strat-O-Matic football simulator. The league had 16 teams in four divisions for the inaugural season. In 1999 the league added 2 new teams and suffered through the growing pains that all new leagues must endure but through it all the league grew stronger. In 2000, the league added 6 new teams to bring the membership to 24 teams and we moved to 6 divisions. More importantly the league moved to a new simulator for our games. Action PC is a computer football simulator that was able to help the league run much more smoothly and also allow games to be played in a more timely matter. In 2004 we added 4 more teams to take our total membership to 28 teams. At this point almost all games are played head-to-head over the internet and the league has become very competitive with 28 very solid owners. We always have room on the associate list for potential owner replacements. If you have any questions or would like to be put on the waiting list please contact the commissioner - Mark McNeil. If you have any questions about the web pages or the information contained within please contact the web master. |
