MESSAGE FROM
THE COMMISSIONER
A solid block,
just one set of games overdue, please try and at least let me know if
you think you will have them in late. Just one more week until the
trade deadline, with all trades needing to be confirmed with me by 9
pm eastern. Strats due out on Wednesday January 31st with
games due on Sunday, February 12th.
Just the one overused player so far, please start to keep a
close eye on this going forward as the game makes it pretty easy to
track. A few more trades
this block with the deadline looming, will we see more or was that all
there will be? Check in two weeks and we will see who thinks they have
a shot at the top spot.
Block 7 is
ready and the updated league file is on the website.
Remember to plan for your correct injury games each block and
you need to upload a strat for the first 4 games by Wednesday night
(remember they all upload automatically each time you save them or
assign strats to games).
Also, I would ask you PLEASE include your 4 home strats as well both
for your sake and mine as if I have to sim your home games for any
reason I will just let the game set up your strat if none is defined
and you will have to deal with any penalties later on.
You need to
send out game exports as well as boxscores for all 4 home games by the
second Sunday of the block at 9 pm This is MANDATORY, both the exports
AND boxscores please.
Game summaries are nice, even if it’s just one quick comment
for all 4 games, just adds to the league and makes it easier for
everyone to see what is going on.
If I do not receive game exports after sending updates on
Saturday and Sunday, I will send one more request directly about an
hour before the deadline on Sunday.
Unless I get a request for an extension of time, I will wait
til the deadline and about 30 minutes later I will sim games so I can
get new files out before I go to bed Sunday night.
